What happens after I Schedule?
You’ll instantly get a video message to learn more about us. Our reservation concierge will call you at your scheduled time to go over the details with you and make sure we're a good fit.
When do I get to choose my package?
During your design call, we’ll guide you through options based on your vision and timeline.
Can I do this with someone else?
Yes! You can add a guest (mother, daughter, sister) with our Royal Companion Pass.
How far in advance can I book?
Up to 1 year in advance. We recommend early booking—spots fill up fast!
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased for any of our art packages. These make wonderful gifts for friends and family.
What if I’m not happy with my art?
We’ll work with you to fix it. If needed, a partial or full refund may be offered based on the issue.
How long does it take to make the custom dress?
3–4 weeks after your Majestic Regal consultation and measurements.
Do you offer hair styling?
We don’t style hair from scratch, but we provide signature Hair Crowns for a regal look.
Is makeup included?
Yes, your session includes full glam makeup. Guests can add makeup for $295.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we try to accommodate rescheduling requests as best as we can. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
How long before I receive my final images and artwork?
Images: 7–14 days after your Art Reveal.
Artwork: 14 days after ordering.
How long does the photoshoot last?
Typically 3 hours, including makeup, styling, and capturing your art.
